Bhutan measures success by Gross National Happiness. It limits tourism to protect its culture and environment. It is one of the only carbon-negative countries in the world. It does not try to be everything to everyone. It is, in every way, a country that asks you to feel before you photograph.

Who built this?

Heart Bhutan is a MoodHelp Ltd platform. MoodHelp is a health technology company founded by Dr Hassan Yasin, a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist with over a decade of clinical experience in neurodevelopmental conditions including ADHD and Autism.

The sensory profiles, exploration modes, and mindfulness activities throughout Heart Bhutan are informed by this clinical expertise. This is not wellness marketing. It is psychiatrically-informed travel design.
